How do I book an appointment?

What forms of payment does Solve IT accept?
We accept cash and personal or business checks.
Do you offer drop off service?
Solve IT specializes in onsite support for the Home User and Small Business. This philosophy is based on two simple ideas:
Typically computers work better in their native environment, especially when dealing with networks and other peripheral devices. On site work is more convenient for you. You don't have to crawl under your desk, pack up your machine, face traffic, or figure everything out again once you get home.
In some situations, however, it is more convenient and time efficient for us to take the computer off site. When this is the case we will facilitate the needs of the client and the computer will be returned and set up at no additional charge.
Do you work on Macs?
Absolutely!
Do you offer technology products as well as service?
We carry cables, connectors, and some software titles. However, for most products we like to find products that fit your unique situation. We can usually get anything you need within a few days.
Do you only provide computer services?
We offer a COMPLETE home technology solution. From your PC to your home theater system. And if your integrating the two...literally everything in between.
